WHAT DO PEOPLE SEE?
Many of you may have seen the diagram above. If you haven’t it may be difficult for you to see the word “JESUS” in it. It is there and it is not a foreign language. The reason we have a problem seeing it is because we tend to focus on the small white lines and because the word “JESUS” blends in with the black border. If you just cannot see the word “JESUS” try putting a white sheet of paper above and below the white marks in the black square.
If you are a Christian then Jesus is in you.
John 14:19 "A little while longer and the world will see Me no more, but you will see Me. Because I live, you will live also.
2 Cor. 13:5 Examine yourselves as to whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Do you not know yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?--unless indeed you are disqualified.
If Christ is in you then others will notice.
Acts 4:13 Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were uneducated and untrained men, they marveled. And they realized that they had been with Jesus.
What do people see when they look at your life? Do they see Jesus? Or is the bad, or the sin in your life, standing out so much that it’s all they see? Perhaps you are blended so much with the world that it is too difficult for others to see Jesus in you. It should not be a puzzle or a difficulty for people to see Jesus in the life of a Christian. Step back and look at your life and ask yourself, “What do people see when they look at me?”
